EPF Claim Status
There are few simple steps to check the EPF Claim Status online. It is only valid for those who are a subscriber, pensioner or a member of the Employee Provident Fund. It can be accessed through every EPFO offices in the country and can get the best services provided by them.
Basic requirements to check the EPF Claim Status online:
The EPF account number
EPF state, city and office of the user
The organization code (optional)
Checking EPF Claim Status Online:
Start with opening the EPFO web portal.
Click the 'For Employers' section.
now, another section will pop named- 'Know your Claim Status'. Select it.
You will now move to the next page. Here you have to select 'Click here for Knowing the Claim Status'.
Again to the next page, here you have to select the PF office state.
A new page will open where a list of all the EPFO offices in your city will be mentioned. You have to select your EPF office from the list.
By selecting your EPF office, the region code and office code section will get automatically filled, provided that they have your data.
Now, you have to type the 7-digit Establishment code in the 3rd box.
You are required to fill the 4th box also if there is any extension to your establishment code.
Finally, you have to enter your EPF account number and then after rechecking, submit the form.
Checking transaction status through mobile application
From the EPFO website, one can download its mobile application. To operate with the mobile app, one requires his/her membership account. After accessing, one can check the status of last transaction made and also can check the status of the claimed request.
Checking transfer claim status
An employee has to request a transfer of his/her PF amount if he/she tends to switch job. In these cases, one can always go through the member's portal to check the transfer claim status. But, it will require the individual's ID, membership number and the valid Phone number.
Claim approval through an SMS alert
One can always use the SMS facility to check the individual's pension, withdrawal or transfer claim.
