Address Proof(Residential) Driving License, Aadhar Card, Rent Agreement Passport, Voter ID, UIDAI Card or NREGA Job Card signed duly by any State Government Officer The Primary holder (If the application is for joint account) will present the documents copies with a relationship proof of the applicants.

Charges

Service Charges in Urban and Metro Areas (Monthly) 350 Rs. or 5Rs. per 100 Rs. of shortfall (the amount which is less, will be charged).
The amount won't be applicable in case you retain the Average Monthly Balance of 5000 Rs. on regular basis.
Service Charges in Semi-Urban Areas (Monthly) 250 Rs. or 5Rs. per 100 Rs. of shortfall (the amount which is less, will be charged).
The amount won't be applicable in case you retain the Average Monthly Balance of 2500Rs. on regular basis.
Service Charges in Rural Areas(Every Six Months) 750 Rs. or 5Rs. per 100 Rs. of shortfall (lesser amount will be charged).
The amount won't be applicable in case you retain the Semi-Annual Balance of 2500Rs. on regular basis.
