NOTE: If you do not have your mobile number or email address registered/updated in the Aadhaar card have to visit the nearest Permanent Enrolment Centre and complete the retrieval procedure for UID number or EID.

What is the password for unlocking of e-Aadhaar?

When you download the e-Aadhaar, you cannot directly print it. To open and view this digital document, you need to enter a password. The e-Aadhaar password is a combination of first 4 characters of your name and birth year in YYYY format. The details should be same as the one you provided at the time of Aadhaar Card enrolment. Here is an example of the password:
